Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Our products ship from our partner warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the return details.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or full refund, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
