Delivery costs and times

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order is dispatched and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen at busy times of year or because of customs or carrier issues.

Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Our products are sent from our partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels at different times. You won't be charged extra for this.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom, all EU countries, and selected countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't deliver there yet.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery costs.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an extra delivery charge.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 working days of dispatch (UK) or 35 working days (international), please contact us. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
